A Certified Service Provider implies that at least two persons from the company received a complete training in ST4. This includes a DocuManager Training, a Power User Training and a Layout Training. The acquired knowledge must be kept up to date by additional trainings whenever a new version of ST4 is released containing functions that require training.

A Certified Consultant is a Certified Service Provider, who in addition attended training for the configuration of ST4. They are in a position to competently advise their customers in the selection of a content management system.
